Gwladys has 14 years Banking, Insurance and Telecom experience in an international environment, more specifically in business development, emerging markets, fintechs, sustainable finance and financial risk management.
Prior to joining the Kigali International Financial Center, for over 11 years, Gwladys served in a variety of positions during in investment banking sector in France, working for Crédit Mutuel Bank, a major French financial services group. She gained significant experience, leading several departments, across the business and investment banking for SME’s, start-up, and extensive knowledge of the global financial world.
Gwladys holds a Master’s degree in Management “Grande Ecole” from SKEMA Business School (France). SKEMA’s Master’s in Management has been placed 4th among the 22 best French Business School, and 12th Worldwide, by Financial Times 2021. She also holds an Executive Leadership Certificates in Sustainability & Circular Economy from the University of Cambridge.
