Jumoke Jagun-Dokunmu

Jumoke Jagun-Dokunmu is IFC’s Regional Director for Eastern Africa, based in Nairobi. She leads the implementation of IFC’s strategy, oversees its operations across sectors and offices, and manages key relationships with clients, partners, and governments in the sub-region. Previously, Jumoke was IFC’s Country Manager for Mozambique, Angola, Zambia and Malawi. Prior to this, she was IFC’s pioneer Resident Representative for Liberia and Sierra Leone, extending IFC’s reach for the first time to FCS countries. Jumoke joined IFC in the then Corporate Finance Department working on PPPs.

Prior to IFC, Jumoke worked in the Nigerian banking sector providing corporate banking services to corporate clients, mainly in the beverages, fast moving consumer goods, and tire sectors. She holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
