Pauline is an industry leader with a proven track record of driving creative, building strong and diverse global slates, and brokering ground-breaking deals. She has established a reputation for taking diverse creative ideas from concept to release. In her current work through PMF Media Group, Pauline provides creative strategy consulting services to global independent producers, media companies and brands and is producing film and television projects with a focus on diverse protagonists from across the diaspora.
She also co-founded The International Writer’s Lab (IWL), an accelerator supporting experienced writers across Africa. In her career, Pauline has held senior executive positions at top media companies including Paramount Pictures and Netflix. At Netflix, she was an architect of the company’s Original Film business and responsible for transforming the company’s film brand globally. In that role, the content she produced, acquired and oversaw garnered critical acclaim and entertained audiences worldwide. Pauline currently serves on the board of Hallmark, Inc. and is a member of Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences (AMPAS), Executive Branch.
