Alice is the Managing Director of Business Professionals Network Rwanda (BPN Rwanda), a Swiss international non-profit organization that fosters entrepreneurship worldwide and a Non-Executive Director on I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc’s Board of Directors.

Prior to returning to her home country, she worked close to fifteen years in the banking sector in the renown Swiss firms Telekurs (Six Group) and Avaloq where she held different managerial positions in Europe, America and Asia.

Mrs. Alice Nkulikiyinka holds a Master of Science in Economics and Computer Science, University of Applied Sciences Worms, Germany and a Master of Science and Information Management, University of Constance, Germany.
