Temwa is an Institutional platform builder, technology, creative industries, and African diaspora enthusiast. He manages the Bank’s strategy in relation to the deployment of #Creative Africa Nexus Programme, and expanding Bank operations in the Caribbean, Americas and Europe.
He is a seasoned development practitioner and executive with various board governance roles and the privilege of over 15 years’ track record enabling trade and investment throughout 45+ African economies covering infrastructure, logistics, customs, business, policy reforms, public finance, trade facilitation.
The spectrum of his former employers spans from leading multilateral Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to governments and regional bodies. In his fulfilling journey across the value chain of development finance, he also led some exceptional disruptive projects.
